RETURNS

We really hope you love your Bracomonte Equestrian products but obviously it is possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to return a product, no problem!

Just fill in the return form that came within your package and place it in the return shipment with the product.Send it back to us with the courrier you want, and make sure to keep the receipt.

When we receive the package, we will send the refund to your original payment method.

We can only accept refunds for items that are in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and with tags attached. And if possible, in their original packaging.

If you would like to change a product, please return the item to us and place a new order on the website.
