SPAIN
Shipments within Mainland Spain are free.
We use Correos Exprés or GLS as a transport company within Spain.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are 7€ and are free above 100€, and are being sent by UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS
We ship worldwide.
Shipments within Europe are free for orders above 100 €.

- Shipping costs of 9€ to EU countries. Free shipping from 100 euros.
- Shipping costs of 19 euros to Switzerland, Greece, Norway and the United Kingdom. Free shipping for orders over 200 euros.
- Shipping costs of 49 euros to Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Canada and the USA. Free shipping for orders over 500 euros.
Customs and import VAT and any other additional costs associated with delivery outside of Spain and the EU area are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes, only to a street or shipping address where someone can sign for the order.

The transport company makes a maximum of two (2) attempts to deliver the order. In the event that it has not been possible to deliver it, an email will be sent to the Client indicating the place where he can pick up the order within a maximum period of ten (10) days. If a customer is not available to receive/pick up their order on time and the items must be returned by the carrier to BRACOMONTE EQUESTRIAN, upon receipt of the product, we will refund the amount of the order but deduct the return shipping costs.
