Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in perfect condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging or in suitable packaging that protects the item during transport.
Returns cannot be accepted for products that show signs of use, washing, or damage.

Return Shipping Costs

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or an incorrect size), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, Bracomonte Equestrian will cover the cost of the return shipping and, where applicable, the shipment of a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
